This electric Convection Steamer is a Boilerless Countertop model with an Auto-Fill feature. It has a capacity of (3) 12" x 20" pans and comes with manual controls, a 60 minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam feature. The generator pan has a stamped water level line for easy monitoring. The heavy duty door includes a pan guard for added safety. Both the interior and exterior of the steamer are made of stainless steel. This product is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it is also ENERGY STAR® certified.
