The Convection Steamer is a Boilerless/Connectionless Countertop electric appliance with a capacity of (5) 12" x 20" pans. It features professional controls with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam feature. The generator pan has a stamped water level line, and the appliance has a heavy-duty door latch. Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. The appliance is UL certified and ENERGY STAR® rated.
Standard features of the Convection Steamer include a stainless steel exterior and cooking compartment, a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, heavy-duty doors and door latch mechanisms, and a stainless steel generator pan with a stamped water level line. The steam generating system is efficient and does not require a water or drain connection. The C24EO5 model is shipped for 208 or 240 volt, 60 Hz, 1 or 3 phase, with the phase being field convertible. The voltage, however, is not field convertible. The C24EO3 model is shipped for 208/60-50/3 electrical service but can be field converted to other electrical configurations.
The controls of the Convection Steamer include a three-position control switch for timed cooking, off, and constant cooking. It also has a 60-minute timer, a low water light, and an audible signal. The appliance features solid sheathed tubular elements embedded in 1" thick cast aluminum for even heat distribution.
Optional features for the Convection Steamer include a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty and a 480 volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase power supply with a step-down transformer.
Accessories for the Convection Steamer, which are sold separately, include counter legs, floor legs, floor casters, an open leg stand, a cord and plug set, a stand sliding shelf, a stainless steel pan cover, casters for the open leg stand, different sizes of open leg stands with pan slides, a single point electrical connection kit (for 3-phase only), a set of two universal pan slides for the open leg stand, a pull-out sliding shelf for the cooking compartment, and a stacking kit for two units with hardware for counter mount. The appliance also offers different sizes of stainless steel pans with varying depths.
