The Endurance™ Restaurant Range by Vulcan is a reliable and durable choice for restaurants in need of a high-performance range. This 48" gas range features two 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads and a 36" griddle with a 3/4" thick plate and thermostatic controls. The front of the range has a 4" wide grease trough for easy cleaning.

Made with a fully MIG welded chassis and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, this range is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.

The burners on this range use a shrouded flash tube pilot to limit gas consumption and prevent the pilot from being extinguished by splashes and boilovers. The lift-off burner heads and cast grates make maintenance simple and ensure durability.

The 36" griddle features a snap action thermostat for precise griddling control. The 3/4" thick griddle plate eliminates hot and cold spots and provides ample thermal mass. The 4" wide grease trough allows for easy removal of excess grease and crumbs, and the pull-out crumb tray is conveniently accessible from the front of the range.

The standard oven at the base of the range measures 26-1/2" wide and has a baker's depth. It comes with two adjustable oven racks and a thermostat that can be set between 250°F and 500°F. The oven is well insulated with porcelain on the bottom and door panel.

This range requires 155,000 BTU/hr of gas to operate. It is a popular choice among restaurants worldwide for its reliability and performance.
