The Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a gas-powered, 48" range that is perfect for any size operation. It features four 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. On the left side, there is a 24" griddle with a 3/4" thick plate and thermostatic controls for precise cooking. The range also includes a 4"W front grease trough for convenient grease management.
In addition to its cooking capabilities, this range also has a refrigerated base with two drawers on the left side, providing ample storage for ingredients and supplies. On the right side, there is a cabinet base for additional storage space. The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The fully MIG welded chassis adds to its structural integrity.
With a total of 160,000 BTU, this range delivers powerful performance. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 6.7 amps and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is UL, CSA, and NSF certified, meeting the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
