The UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a one-section unit with a width of 27 inches. It is a self-contained unit with a capacity of 6.9 cubic feet. The table features one self-closing door and two epoxy coated shelves. The stainless steel top has an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans and a 10-inch composite cutting board. It also includes locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid. The table has full electronic control and is made with stainless steel for the door, front, and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and the gaskets are made of Santoprene with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit has a 1/10 HP motor and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. It is also proudly made in the USA. (There are also other refrigerated prep tables available.)
