The UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a three-section table with a width of 72 inches. It is a self-contained unit with a capacity of 20.0 cubic feet. The table features three self-closing doors and six epoxy coated shelves. The stainless top has an opening for 30 1/6 size pans and a 10-inch composite cutting board. It also has locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid. The table has full electronic control and is made of stainless steel for the door, front, and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and the gaskets are made of Santoprene with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The table has a 1/3 HP motor and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. It is also proudly made in the USA. (There are also other refrigerated prep tables available.)
