The UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a two-section unit with a width of 60 inches. It is a self-contained unit with a capacity of 17.1 cubic feet. The table features one self-closing door and two epoxy coated shelves. It also includes two drawers, with the upper drawer accommodating two 4-inch deep pans and the lower drawer accommodating two 6-inch deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top has an opening for 24 1/6 size pans and a 10-inch composite cutting board. The table also has locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid. It is equipped with full electronic control and has a stainless steel door, front, and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and the gaskets are made of Santoprene with a 2-year warranty. The table has a rear mount refrigeration system and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a 1/3 HP motor and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified.
