The reversible dough sheeter is a floor model with variable speed and measures 128" long. It features hand operation for adjusting the thickness and foot pedal operation for carpet (left-to-right). The hard chrome polished cylinders are adjustable from 0" to 1.9" and are driven by a chain drive. The sheeter has a 23-3/4" wide belt and start/stop buttons for easy operation. The arms are pivoting and removable, and there is convenient storage in the base for the heavy duty rolling pins. The sheeter also includes a cutter box and a standard croissant cutter. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. The sheeter is powered by a 1 hp motor and requires 4.48-9.11 amps. Standard features of the sheeter include a reversible design, a powerful motor, pivoting and removable arms, and hard chrome polished cylinders. The base of the sheeter provides storage for the rolling pins, and the tables can be folded upright for storage and movement. Interlock switches ensure operator safety by protecting against injury if the safety guard is opened. The cylinder can be adjusted from 0 to 1.9" to change the thickness of the dough. The sheeter offers both hand operation for adjusting the thickness and foot pedal operation for moving the dough from left to right. It also has the capability to sheet the dough onto rolling pins for easy transport to the work area. The sheeter comes with heavy duty rolling pins and has a designated area for flour storage during the sheeting process. Optional accessories include hand operation for moving the dough from left to right and cutting roller attachments (only available on the SFG600TL model).
