The Univex SFG 500 TM Reversible Dough Sheeter is a floor model that comes with a 19-¾" wide belt. It is capable of creating dough sheets with thickness ranging from 0" to 1.9". This dough sheeter is highly reliable and is a great addition to large scale production operations. Operating this unit is easy with its foot pedal operated carpet direction and hand operated thickness control. It also includes heavy duty hardwood rolling pins, making it convenient to transport rolled dough to another work area. The carpet, which is 46-½" long, is powered by a ¾ HP motor with a chain drive. The chrome polished cylinders used in this unit are tough, reliable, and easy to maintain. Additionally, an integrated interlock switch ensures operator safety. The overall measurements of this unit are 111.2" in length, 42.2" in width, and 50" in height. To save space, the pivoting arms are removable and the tables can be folded up. When folded, the unit measures 43-?" in length and 75-?" in height. The base of the unit also includes dedicated storage space for the rolling pins provided.
