The reversible dough sheeter is a floor model that measures 75-3/5" long. It features hand operation for adjusting the thickness and foot pedal operation for carpet movement from left to right. The hard chrome polished cylinders are adjustable from 0" to 1.9" and provide a smooth surface for rolling dough. The sheeter is equipped with a powerful 3/4 hp motor and has pivoting and removable arms for convenience. The base of the sheeter has storage space for rolling pins, and the tables can be folded upright for easy storage and movement. Interlock switches ensure operator safety by protecting against injury if the safety guard is opened. The sheeter sheets dough onto rolling pins, allowing for easy transport to the work area. It comes with heavy duty rolling pins and has a designated area for flour storage. Optional accessories include hand operation for carpet movement from left to right.
