The TCGB-72-W(B)-N Bakery Case by Turbo Air is specifically designed to showcase bakery's flagship products such as cakes, pies, and other baked goods. With a refrigerated capacity of 23.2 cu. ft., this bakery case features two adjustable heavy-duty cantilever white PE coated wire shelves to accommodate various products. The elegant curved tempered glass provides customers with a complete view of the displayed items, while the double pane glass is low-E coated to prevent heat from entering and fogging the glass.
Equipped with a ¾ HP compressor, this Refrigerated Display Case effectively maintains an internal temperature between 33°F and 41°F. Turbo Air has integrated a self-cleaning condenser system, which utilizes a rotating brush to remove dust from the condenser, ensuring efficient refrigeration.
Operating on standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity, this bakery case draws 8.6 amps at full load and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 89-inch power cable for easy connection to a power outlet.
Additional features of this bakery case include a self-cleaning condenser, hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290), high-density polyurethane insulation, heavy-duty white PE coated wire shelves, an attractive glass-sided Euro design, sliding rear doors for easy loading and unloading, adjustable cantilever wired shelves, low-E coated double pane tempered glass, rear access to the compressor compartment for quick service, and the ability to maintain an average temperature of 33°F to 41°F for fresher bakery products.
Other features include a solar-powered digital thermometer, safety shielded LED interior lighting, standard white and black colors, a self-contained system that does not require plumbing, and a digital electronic thermostat with defrost control. The recommended operating conditions for TCGB models are an environment where temperature and humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55%, respectively. It is also advised not to install the units near HVAC vents, fans, or doorways that may disrupt the air curtain and compromise the cabinet's function. The air curtain models operate most efficiently when fully loaded with products.
