This refrigerated display case offers 15.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, ensuring that your cakes and pastries stay fresh between 33°F and 41°F. The case comes with two adjustable cantilevered PE coated wire shelves, allowing you to display your products in the most appealing way.
The front glass of the case is curved and has a minimal frame, providing customers with a clear view of the delicious treats inside. The double pane tempered glass is insulated and features a Low-E coating to prevent fogging. The main cabinet structure is insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane, keeping heat out and maintaining the freshness of your products.
The case features a bottom-mounted ½ HP compressor that uses environmentally-friendly R-290 refrigerant. The compressor is easily accessible from the rear, and thanks to Turbo Air's patented self-cleaning condenser, service calls will be minimal. The self-cleaning condenser utilizes a rotating brush to remove dust and debris, ensuring efficient operation and reducing strain on the refrigeration system.
