The Turbo Air TCGB-36-W(B)-N Bakery Case is a compact refrigerated display case with 11.8 cu. ft. of storage space for baked goods. It maintains a constant temperature between 33°F and 41°F to ensure freshness. The case features two adjustable cantilever shelves that can be moved up, down, and tilted to showcase products effectively. The front glass of the display case has dual panes for insulation and to prevent fogging. The curved design maximizes visibility and minimizes the need for framing. A Low-E coating further prevents heat from entering the case. The refrigeration system uses a ½ HP compressor with environmentally-safe R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Turbo Air's patented self-cleaning condenser ensures efficient operation and longevity. The condenser is kept clean by a rotating brush that removes dust and debris from a fine mesh filter. The display case operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity and draws 7.5 amps at full load. It comes with a 59-½” power cord for easy connection to an outlet. Additional features of the bakery case include a solar-powered digital thermometer, safety shielded LED interior lighting, and a white or black color option. The case is self-contained and does not require plumbing. It has a digital electronic thermostat with defrost control. The recommended operating conditions for the TCGB models are a temperature and humidity below 75°F and 55%, respectively. The case should not be installed near HVAC vents, fans, or doorways that may disrupt the air curtain and compromise the cabinet's function. The case operates most efficiently when fully loaded with product.
