The Radiance Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 32,000. On the right side, there is a 24" griddle. The range also includes two standard ovens, each with one rack. The front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel, as is the full stainless steel oven interior. The oven thermostat is adjustable, allowing for temperatures from 250-550ºF degrees. The range comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a regulator. It has a total BTU rating of 299,000 and is CSA certified for safety and sanitation. Additional accessories, such as casters, stainless steel oven racks, and an oven kick plate holder set, are available.
