The Radiance Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two 32,000 BTU open burners and a 48" griddle on the left side. The range also includes two standard ovens with one rack each. The front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel, as is the full stainless steel oven interior. The oven thermostat is adjustable, allowing for temperatures from 250-550ºF degrees. The range comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a regulator. It has a total BTU rating of 215,000 and is CSA certified for safety and sanitation. Additional accessories such as casters, stainless steel oven racks, and an oven kick plate holder set are available.
