The Radiance Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 32,000. The left side of the range includes a 24" griddle. The range also includes two standard ovens, each with one rack. The front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel, providing durability and a sleek appearance. The oven interior is also made of stainless steel. The oven thermostat is adjustable, allowing for precise temperature control. The range comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a regulator is included. It has a total BTU rating of 299,000 and is CSA certified for safety and sanitation. Additional features include a full-size pull-out crumb tray, a thermostat-controlled griddle, and a pull-out stainless steel door for easy cleaning. The range also includes 12" x 12" sectioned heavy-duty cast iron grates and individual pilots for each lift-off top open burner. Optional accessories include casters, stainless steel oven racks, and a holder set for the oven kick plate.
