The PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Unit is a two-section unit with a rear mount self-contained compressor. It has a capacity of 12.0 cu. ft. and features a 12-pan top opening with a hood. The unit also includes two glass hinged swing doors with locks, two stainless steel shelves, and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail. It is equipped with a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. The interior and exterior of the unit are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom. It also features LED interior lighting and fan control, as well as a self-cleaning condenser. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/5 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1 power with 6.5 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and is made in the USA. Please contact the factory for lead time.
