The PRO Series Freezer Chef Base is a two-section freezer with a width of 84 inches. It has a capacity of 14.75 cubic feet and features four stainless steel drawers. Each drawer can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep and can hold two full-size pans (pans not included). The freezer also has a digital temperature display, a stainless steel top, and a full marine drip guard edge. It has a front-breathing design and a self-cleaning condenser with a hot gas condensate system. The refrigeration system is side mount self-contained and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The freezer is powered by a 4/5 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 9.7 amps. It is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus for commercial use.
