The PRO Series Freezer Chef Base is a one-section freezer with a width of 36 inches. It has a capacity of 4.6 cubic feet and features two stainless steel drawers. Each drawer can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep and can hold one full-size pan or three 1/6 size pans (pans not included). The freezer also has a digital temperature display, a stainless steel top, and a full marine drip guard edge. It has a front-breathing design and a self-cleaning condenser with a hot gas condensate system. The refrigeration system is side mount self-contained and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The freezer has a 3/8 HP compressor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 5.5 amps. It is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus for commercial use.
