The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 60" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat lid and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, both hinged on the right side. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with four shelves. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a high quality stainless steel exterior. The refrigerator also comes with several optional accessory kits, such as additional shelves and casters of different heights. These kits are shipped separately for field installation. There are also factory installed options available, such as different door hingings and a stainless steel finished back. The construction of the refrigerator includes a 22 gauge stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are self-closing and have a stay open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board.
