The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a low profile flat cover and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior top, drawers, and back are made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator is rear mounted and self-contained, with a 1/4 HP motor. It comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, a five year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, a three year parts and labor warranty, a 16-gauge stainless steel drawer with slide, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, self-closing drawers with a stay open feature, a full-length drawer handle with gasket guard, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reversible full length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
The refrigerator also has a durable and corrosion resistant anodized aluminum interior, a high quality stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawer(s), a stainless steel insulated top pan lid with two open positions, a set of four 6" high adjustable legs, and a reinforced top pan ledge that holds pans securely level.
The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep top pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature. It also has top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and it comes with divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans.
Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including different caster sets and lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator has a sturdy construction, with the cabinet exterior front, sides, pan lid, and drawers made of 22 gauge stainless steel. The cabinet interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel.
