The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, drawers, and back. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with six 4" casters. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
The refrigerator has several standard features, including an 8' cord and plug, an interior-mounted thermometer, a five-year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and the use of environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It also has self-closing drawers with a stay-open feature, a full-length drawer handle with a gasket guard, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a reinforced top pan ledge to securely hold pans level. The interior is made of durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, while the exterior is made of high-quality stainless steel. It comes with four 6" high adjustable legs.
Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including different caster sets for different models and lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator also has the option for a stainless steel finished back.
In terms of construction, the exterior front, sides, pan cover, lid, and drawers are made of stainless steel, while the interior and drawer liners are made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with a full complement of 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are easily removable for cleaning.
The refrigeration system is rear-mounted, front-breathing, and self-contained.
