The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It can hold up to 18 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. It has a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf, and the lid can be hinged on the left or right side. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and a five-year compressor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has a self-closing door with a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator comes with a removable stainless steel insulated pan cover and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board. It also has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans level. Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves and different height casters. The refrigerator can also be customized with other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
