The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a one-section reach-in refrigerator that is 32" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The refrigerator has a full-length white reversible cutting board and a stainless steel door with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with two shelves. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and self-contained. The refrigerator also comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, and a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator also has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior. The exterior is made of high-quality stainless steel. The refrigerator comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable legs. It also has self-closing stainless steel doors with a convenient stay open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans.
Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different sets of casters for different heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
Some factory-installed options for the refrigerator include other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes stainless steel for the front, sides, pan cover, lid, and doors, and anodized aluminum for the interior and door liners. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are easily removable for cleaning and have a vinyl magnetic door gasket for a tight seal.
