The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is equipped with a low profile flat cover and features two drawers. It is a one-section unit that is 27" wide. The top rail can hold six 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), while the drawers can hold six 1/6 pans per drawer (pans not included). Both the top rail and drawers can accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The unit also comes with a full-length reversible cutting board. The exterior top, sides, and drawers are made of stainless steel, while the back is made of stainless steel. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the bottom is galvanized. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and self-contained. The unit is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cETLus and NSF certified.
