The Spec-Line Refrigerated Equipment Stand is a 96" long stand with a capacity of 12 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 6" deep. It features six drawers and self-contained refrigeration with a microprocessor control system. The stand is made of stainless steel, both inside and outside, and has a stainless steel marine top. It also has 4" casters for easy mobility. The stand is cULus and NSF certified.
The TE Series refrigerated equipment stands from Traulsen are designed for use with griddles in demanding kitchen environments. The rear-mounted evaporators ensure that food stays cold even with frequent drawer openings. The drawers can accommodate 6" deep pans, providing greater capacity. The drawers have a stay open and self-closing feature, as well as a gasket guard for protection. The condenser filter is easy to remove and clean to prevent grease accumulation. The stand is easy to install with factory-installed casters on an adjustable rail.
The stand also includes features such as off-cycle evaporator defrost, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It has a magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gasket, a non-electric automatic condensate evaporator, and a controllable anti-condensate drawer perimeter heater. The stand has a front-breathing design for "zero-clearance" installation and a side, front, and rear access panel for easy service and maintenance.
Optional accessories include different voltage options, a system relocation to the right, a cabinet length extension, and a stainless steel exterior finished back. The stand is also compatible with remote applications and water-cooled self-contained condensers.
The stand is constructed with stainless steel exterior and interior, with 20-gauge 430 stainless steel for the front, sides, louver assembly, and drawers. The cabinet interior sides are made of 22-gauge 400 series stainless steel, and the top and bottom are made of 22-gauge 300 series stainless steel. The stand is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The stand comes with an easy-to-use INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system, which is NAFEM Data Protocol communication ready. The refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant and features an off-cycle defrost, air-cooled hermetic compressor, and a dedicated rear-mounted evaporator
