The Spec-Line Refrigerated Equipment Stand is a 72" long stand with a capacity of (8) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans. It features (4) drawers and self-contained refrigeration with a microprocessor control system. The stand is made of stainless steel, both on the interior and exterior, and has a stainless steel marine top. It also has 4" casters for easy mobility. The stand is cULus and NSF certified.
The TE Series refrigerated equipment stands from Traulsen are designed for use with griddles in demanding kitchen environments. The rear-mounted evaporators ensure that food stays cold even with frequent drawer openings. The drawers can accommodate 6" deep pans, providing greater capacity. The drawers have a stay open and self-closing feature, as well as a gasket guard for protection. The condenser filter is easy to remove and clean to prevent grease accumulation. The stand also has a front-breathing design for easy installation and maintenance.
The stand comes with several standard features, including off-cycle evaporator defrost, a five-year compressor warranty, stainless steel exterior and interior, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and a magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gasket. It also has a non-electric automatic condensate evaporator, a controllable anti-condensate drawer perimeter heater, and a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 9' cord and cord retainer. The stand is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system for easy operation.
There are several options and accessories available for the stand, such as export 220/50/1 voltage, system relocation to the right, a cabinet length extension, and a stainless steel exterior finished back. Other options include a NAFEM Data Protocol Gateway Package, a set of 6" high stainless steel legs instead of casters, remote applications, and a water-cooled self-contained condenser suitable for connection to glycol.
The stand is constructed with high-quality materials, including 20-gauge 430 stainless steel for the exterior, heavy-gauge galvanized steel for the back and bottom, and 22-gauge stainless steel for the interior. The cabinet and drawers are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
