The Spec-Line Refrigerated Equipment Stand is 84" long and has a capacity for (8) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans. It features side by side configuration with (4) drawers and self-contained refrigeration. The stand is made of stainless steel, both on the interior and exterior, and has a stainless steel marine top. It is equipped with a microprocessor control system and has a 1/3 hp motor. The stand is cULus and NSF certified. The TE Series refrigerated equipment stands from Traulsen are designed for use with griddles in demanding kitchen environments. The rear-mounted evaporators ensure that food stays cold even with frequent drawer openings. The drawers can accommodate 6" deep pans and have a stay open and self-closing feature. The stand also includes a condenser filter, off-cycle evaporator defrost, and a five-year compressor warranty.
