The Spec-Line Refrigerated Equipment Stand is a 36" long stand with (2) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pan capacity and (2) drawers. It features self-contained refrigeration with a microprocessor control system. The stand has a stainless steel marine top, as well as a stainless steel interior and exterior. It is equipped with 4" casters for easy mobility. The stand is INTELA-TRAUL™ certified and meets cULus and NSF standards. The TE Series refrigerated equipment stands from Traulsen are designed for use with griddles in demanding kitchen environments. The rear-mounted evaporators ensure that food stays cold even with frequent drawer openings. The stand offers greater capacity with each drawer accommodating 6" deep pans. It also includes features such as stay open and self-closing drawers, a gasket guard, and a removable condenser filter for easy cleaning. The stand is easy to install with factory-installed casters on an adjustable rail. Additional features include off-cycle evaporator defrost, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The stand is made with stainless steel exterior and interior for durability. It has a front-breathing design for "zero-clearance" installation and a non-electric automatic condensate evaporator. The stand also includes a controllable anti-condensate drawer perimeter heater and a full-length drawer handle. Optional accessories include export 220/50/1 voltage, system relocation to the right, a 6" cabinet length extension, and a stainless steel exterior finished back. The stand is also compatible with NAFEM Data Protocol Gateway Package and can be equipped with stainless steel legs instead of casters. Remote applications and water-cooled self-contained condenser options are also available. The stand is constructed with 20-gauge 430 stainless steel for the front, sides, louver assembly, and drawers. The exterior back and bottom are made of heavy-gauge galvanized steel. The cabinet interior sides are constructed with 22-gauge 400 series stainless steel, while the top and bottom are made of 22-gauge 300 series stainless steel.
