The Spec-Line Undercounter Commercial Blast Chiller with EPICON Control is a high-quality commercial refrigerator designed for rapid chilling of hot food products. It features a left-hinged door and can chill up to 100 lbs of food from 135°F to 40°F in just 95 minutes. The chiller has five levels that can hold either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The interior and exterior of the chiller are made of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. It also comes with self-contained refrigeration and six-inch casters for easy mobility. The chiller is cULus and NSF certified.
The chiller comes with several standard features including an on-board cycle data printer, Epicon touch screen control, stainless steel worktop, three-year parts and labor warranty, self-closing and stay-open door feature, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and adjustable stainless steel legs.
