The Spec-Line Undercounter Commercial Blast Chiller with EPICON Control is a high-quality commercial refrigerator designed for rapid chilling of food. It features a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a hinged right door. The chiller can chill up to 100 lbs of food from 135°F to 40°F in just 95 minutes. It has five levels that can hold either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The chiller also comes with a range of standard features, including an on-board cycle data printer, Epicon touch screen control, self-closing and stay-open door feature, and magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets. It also has a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The chiller is easy to operate, with two modes - AUTO for hands-free cycle start and MANUAL for chill by time-temp-recipe. It also has four chilling settings - SPEED, ENERGY, STANDARD, and DELICATE. The blast chill operation allows for rapid product chilling without freezing, with target temperatures adjustable between 40°F and -5°F.
