The Spec-Line Undercounter Commercial Blast Chiller with EPICON Control is a high-quality commercial refrigerator designed for rapid chilling of hot food products. It features a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a hinged right door. The chiller can chill up to 100 lbs of food from 135°F to 40°F in just 95 minutes. It has a capacity to hold either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on five levels. The chiller comes with several standard features including an on-board cycle data printer, Epicon touch screen control, stainless steel worktop, self-closing and stay-open door feature, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and a set of adjustable stainless steel legs. The chiller offers four chilling settings - SPEED to reduce chill time by 10%, ENERGY to save approximately 10% energy, STANDARD for basic chill operation, and DELICATE for refreshing ready-to-eat foods.
