The Spec-Line Roll-In Holding Cabinet is a three-section cabinet made with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors. The cabinet is designed to accept a 66" high rack provided by others. It is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor control system and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of this cabinet include a stainless steel door liner, breaker caps, and threshold ramp(s). It also has a ducted fan air distribution system, stainless steel interior rack guides, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face.
The R-Series cabinet has a stainless steel exterior and interior, while the A-Series has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior. Both series have a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gasket(s), and automatically activated incandescent lights. The doors are full-length stainless steel doors with locks, and the cabinet has a two-year control warranty.
Additional options and accessories for this cabinet include fluorescent lights, export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for the door(s), and Kool Klad exterior laminate decor. It also offers additional wire shelves or stainless steel shelves, options for prison/correctional facilities, and locking hasps. The cabinet can be ordered with a clear glass door(s) instead of solid doors, and there is a wire shelf package or stainless steel shelf package available for roll-in models.
The construction of the cabinet includes a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior, stainless steel or anodized aluminum interior, and heavy-gauge aluminized steel top, back, and bottom. The interior floor and exterior bottom are made of stainless steel and insulated with 3/4" of resilient cork. The doors have a heavy-duty wiper gasket, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The heating system of the cabinet uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for humidity control.
