The Spec-Line Roll-In Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors. The cabinet accepts a 72" high rack provided by others. It is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor control system and is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It has easy-to-operate microprocessor controls, stainless steel exteriors, and is communications capable.
Standard features include a stainless steel door liner, breaker caps, and threshold ramp(s). It also has a ducted fan air distribution system, stainless steel interior rack guides, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face and automatically activated incandescent lights.
Additional features include a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, special heat resistant magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees. The cabinet is available in R-Series (stainless steel exterior and interior) or A-Series (stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior).
Options and accessories include fluorescent lights, export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for doors, additional wire shelves or stainless steel shelves, and locking hasps. The cabinet can also be customized with Kool Klad exterior laminate decor or clear glass doors.
The construction of the cabinet includes 20-gauge stainless steel for the exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors. The interior and door liners are also made of stainless steel (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). The cabinet is insulated with 3/4" of resilient cork and has a stainless steel floor and exterior bottom.
The heating system uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet using a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for humidity control.
The cabinet is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display, ON/OFF Button, Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Scale Display Capability, One-Time Start-Up Temperature Adjustment Feature, and an RS485 data port. It also has audio/visual alarms for cabinet temperature, door open, and power supply interruption.
