The Spec-Line Roll-in Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and a full-height door that can accept a 72" high rack provided by others. The cabinet is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor control system and is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has easy-to-operate microprocessor controls, stainless steel exteriors, and is communications capable.
Other standard features include a stainless steel door liner, breaker caps, and threshold ramp(s). The cabinet has stainless steel interior rack guides, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and an ON/OFF switch located on the control face. It also has a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, automatically activated incandescent lights, and a one-year parts and labor warranty.
The cabinet is designed to accommodate roll-in racks up to 72" high and has self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees. It has a standard operating temperature range of 135 to 180°F and special heat-resistant magnetic snap-in door gaskets. The INTELA-TRAUL® control system is patented and includes a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature.
Options and accessories for the cabinet include fluorescent lights, export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for doors, additional wire shelves, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, and prison/correctional facilities options. Additional warranties and shelf packages are also available.
The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior in the A-Series, and heavy gauge aluminized steel for the top, back, and bottom. The interior floor and exterior bottom are constructed of stainless steel and insulated with resilient cork. The doors have a heavy-duty wiper gasket, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The heating system of the cabinet uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct, and a vent is included for humidity control.
