The Spec-Line Roll-In Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet made with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors. The cabinet is designed to accept a 66" high rack provided by others. It is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system and is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has stainless steel door liner, breaker caps, and threshold ramp(s). The cabinet comes with stainless steel interior rack guides, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. Other features include an ON/OFF switch located on the control face, stainless steel exterior and interior, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and automatically activated incandescent lights. The cabinet has full-length stainless steel doors with locks and a two-year control warranty. It also has a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature and a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F. The cabinet has self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. It accommodates roll-in racks up to 66" high and comes with standard door hinging options. The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior in the A-Series, and heavy gauge aluminized steel for the top, back, and bottom. The interior floor and exterior bottom are made of stainless steel and insulated with resilient cork. The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with non-CFC polyurethane foam. The heating system of the cabinet uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also includes a vent for humidity control. The cabinet is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display and audio/visual alarms for various conditions.
