The Spec-Line Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a three-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and comes with a full-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. This cabinet is part of Traulsen's Top-of-the-Line product offering, known as the R & A Series. It is designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity and is equipped with high-quality features such as easy to operate microprocessor controls, communications ability, and stainless steel exteriors. It also offers a wide range of optional accessories and can be used in various applications including foodservice, correctional, institutional, and export.
