The Spec-Line Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a three-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and comes with a full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. This cabinet is part of the INTELA-TRAUL™ line, which also includes holding cabinets, food holding and warming equipment, and commercial refrigerators & freezers.
The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has easy-to-operate microprocessor controls, stainless steel exteriors, and is communications capable.
Other standard features include stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, ON/OFF switch located on control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, 9' cord & plug attached (one section models only), full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F, set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs, self-closing doors with stay-open feature at 120 degrees, and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handle(s).
