The Spec-Line Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and can have a half-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls.
Some of the standard features of the cabinet include stainless steel breaker caps, a ducted fan air distribution system, a gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets.
The cabinet comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and has a INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. It has full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The standard operating temperature range is 140 to 180°F.
There are various options and accessories available for the cabinet, including additional wire shelves, export 220/50/1 voltage, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, and prison/correctional facilities options. It can also have an EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, and 115/60/1 voltage.
The construction, hardware, and insulation of the cabinet are of high quality. The cabinet exterior front, sides, louver assembly, and doors are made of 20-gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish. The cabinet interior and door liners are also made of stainless steel. The exterior cabinet top, back, and bottom are made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel. The cabinet and door(s) are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The heating system of the cabinet uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet using a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for positive humidity control.
The cabinet is equipped with an easy-to-use water-resistant INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. It has a 3-Digit LED Display and Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Scale Display Capability. It also includes audio/visual alarms for various failures and interruptions.
