The Spec-Line Commercial Reach-In Dual Temp Cabinet is a three-section refrigerator/freezer with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It features self-contained refrigeration and comes with three adjustable wire shelves per section. The cabinet also includes Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets and INTELA-TRAUL™ technology. It has a 1/2 HP refrigerator and a 1/2 HP freezer. The cabinet is cUL and NSF certified.
The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. These reach-in refrigerator/freezer models are designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity. They come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. They also offer a wide range of optional accessories and can be used in various applications including foodservice, correctional facilities, and institutional settings.
The cabinet has stainless steel breaker caps, a five-year compressor warranty, and gasket-protecting metal door liners. It also has guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The R-Series has a stainless steel exterior and interior, while the A-Series has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior.
Other features include magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, automatically activated incandescent lights, and a thermostatic expansion valve metering device. The cabinet also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and adjustable wire shelves. It comes with a balanced, self-contained refrigeration system and an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system.
Additional options and accessories are available for customization, including stainless steel shelves, additional wire shelves, and different voltage options. The cabinet can also be equipped with a wine temperature application, re-hinging feature for the doors, and a Kool Klad exterior laminate decor. The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, louver assembly, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are also made of stainless steel (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). The cabinet top, back, and bottom are constructed of heavy-gauge galvanized steel. The cabinet comes with adjustable stainless steel legs and doors with metal door pans, plug cylinder locks, and cam-lift hinges.
