The Spec-Line Commercial Reach-In Dual Temp Cabinet is a three-section refrigerator/freezer with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It features self-contained refrigeration and comes with three adjustable wire shelves per section. The cabinet has narrow half-height doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. It is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and has a 1/2 HP compressor for both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The cabinet is cUL and NSF certified. The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. These reach-in refrigerator/freezer models are designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity. They come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. They also offer a wide range of optional accessories and can be specified for use in various applications, including foodservice, correctional facilities, institutional settings, and export. The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liners, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The doors are self-closing with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees. The cabinet is equipped with automatically activated incandescent lights and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets. It also has a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly and an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigeration system is top-mounted and self-contained. It uses R-134a and R-404A refrigerants and features a scroll blower type evaporator fan. The system includes a thermostatic expansion valve, a non-electric condensate evaporator, and a balanced, self-contained dual refrigeration system. The cabinet is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The cabinet comes with an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display and audio/visual alarms for various conditions. The interior of the cabinet includes three wire shelves per section, which are adjustable and installed at the factory. Optional accessories and features include additional wire shelves, stainless steel shelves, wine temperature application, locking hasps, and more. The cabinet is covered by a three-year parts and labor warranty, as well as a five-year compressor warranty for self-contained models.
