The Spec-Line Commercial Reach-In Dual Temp Cabinet is a three-section refrigerator/freezer with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It features a self-contained refrigeration system and standard depth cabinet. The narrow full-height door or doors come with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section has three adjustable wire shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ and has a 1/2 HP & 1/2 HP power capacity. It is cUL and NSF certified. The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. These reach-in refrigerator/freezer models are designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity. They come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. They also offer a wide range of optional accessories and can be used in various applications including foodservice, correctional facilities, and institutions. The refrigerator/freezer has several standard features including stainless steel breaker caps, a five-year compressor warranty, a scroll blower type evaporator fan, and gasket-protecting metal door liner. It also has guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and automatically activated incandescent lights. The magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets and stainless steel one-piece louver assembly are also included. Other features of the refrigerator/freezer include an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, thermostatic expansion valve metering device, and a 9' cord & plug attached (for 2 section models only). It comes with adjustable wire shelves installed at the factory and has the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. The doors are available in full or half-length stainless steel with locks. Additional options and accessories are available for the refrigerator/freezer including additional wire shelves, stainless steel shelves, and export 220/50/1 voltage. It can also be specified for wine temperature application, re-hinging feature for doors, and Kool Klad exterior laminate decor. Other options include prison/correctional facilities options, EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, and a stainless steel finished back with rear louvers. The refrigerator/freezer can be customized with different voltages, casters instead of legs, and a water-cooled self-contained condenser suitable for connection to glycol.
