The Spec-Line Commercial Reach-In Dual Temp Cabinet is a two-section refrigerator/freezer with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It features self-contained refrigeration and a standard depth cabinet. The narrow half-height door or doors come with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section has three adjustable wire shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and has a 1/3 HP or 1/2 HP compressor. It is cUL and NSF certified. The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. These reach-in refrigerator/freezer models are designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity. They come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. The cabinet has a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, and a thermostatic expansion valve metering device. It comes with a 9' cord and plug attached (for 2 section models only) and adjustable wire shelves installed at the factory. The INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system allows for easy temperature control and monitoring. The refrigerator/freezer has full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and a guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handle. The self-closing doors have a stay-open feature at 120 degrees. The A-Series has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, while the R-Series has a stainless steel exterior and interior. The refrigerator compartment has a biased return air duct (3-section, refrigerator compartment only) for even temperature maintenance. The dual refrigeration systems use R-134a and R-404A refrigerants.
