The Spec-Line Commercial Reach-In Dual Temp Cabinet is a two-section refrigerator/freezer with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It features self-contained refrigeration, standard depth cabinet, and wide full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section comes with three adjustable wire shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and has a 1/3 HP & 1/2 HP compressor. It is cUL and NSF certified.
The R & A Series is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. These reach-in refrigerator/freezer models are designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity. They come with high-quality features such as balanced refrigeration systems, microprocessor controls, and stainless steel exteriors. They also offer a wide range of optional accessories and can be used in various applications including foodservice, correctional, institutional, and export.
The cabinet has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. It also has automatically activated incandescent lights, thermostatic expansion valve metering device, and adjustable wire shelves. The refrigeration system is self-contained and balanced, with an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system provides easy control and monitoring of the cabinet.
The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, stainless steel interior (anodized aluminum in the A-Series), and heavy-gauge galvanized steel for the top, back, and bottom. The doors have gasket-protecting metal door pans, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The refrigeration system for one section models is top-mounted and self-contained, using R-134a and R-404A refrigerant. It includes a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, air-cooled hermetic compressor, interior mounted evaporator coil, and bottom-mounted non-electric condensate evaporator. Two and three section models have a similar refrigeration system with additional features such as plenum effect blower coil, large high humidity evaporator coil, and biased return air duct.
