This Traulsen pass-thru hot food holding cabinet is built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system. Unlike other designs, this system minimizes temperature stratification inside the cabinet, resulting in quicker start-up, lower energy usage, and reduced service costs. The cabinet also comes with easy-to-operate microprocessor controls, stainless steel exteriors, and is communications capable.
Additional features include stainless steel breaker caps, gasket protecting metal door liners, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and automatically activated incandescent lights. The cabinet is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, allowing for precise temperature control. It also has a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature and a standard operating temperature range of 135 to 180°F.
The cabinet comes with three adjustable wire shelves per section, supported on pilasters. It has self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees and a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs. The doors have special heat-resistant magnetic snap-in gaskets and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. The cabinet is NSF and UL certified.
Optional accessories include additional wire shelves, different voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, exterior laminate decor, prison/correctional facilities options, locking hasps, casters in lieu of legs, stainless steel shelves in lieu of standard wire, and different types of tray slides.
