The Spec-Line Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet made with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and features a half-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section comes with three chrome plated adjustable shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF and UL rated.
The cabinet is built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system that minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet also has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets.
Other features include the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, and a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F. The cabinet comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. It also has a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear, self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees, and a three-year parts and labor warranty.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories such as additional wire shelves, export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, and prison/correctional facilities options. It also has options for EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, 115/60/1 voltage, casters in lieu of legs, stainless steel shelves in lieu of standard wire, and clear glass doors in place of solid doors.
The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior in the A-Series, and heavy gauge aluminized steel for the top and bottom. The doors have removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift, gravity action, self-closing metal, glide hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
The heating system uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution
