The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet from Traulsen is a two-section reach-in cabinet designed to keep hot food fresh for longer periods. It features a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, providing durability and longevity. The cabinet is equipped with microprocessor controls for easy operation and comes with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF, UL, and ENERGY STAR certified. Key features of this cabinet include a ducted fan air distribution system that minimizes temperature stratification, stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet also has an INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system, automatically activated incandescent lights, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. It operates at a standard temperature range of 140 to 180°F. The cabinet comes with three adjustable wire shelves per section, supported on pilasters, and has full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks. It also has a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. The doors are self-closing with a stay open feature at 120 degrees. Optional accessories for this cabinet include additional wire shelves, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, locking hasps, and stainless steel shelves. The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior and interior, with anodized aluminum interior in the A-Series. The cabinet is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. It features a low watt density serpentine style heater for efficient heat distribution and includes a vent for humidity control. The cabinet is controlled by the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system, which is water-resistant and includes a 3-Digit LED display. It has audio/visual alarms for various conditions and supports data communications for remote monitoring. The interior of the cabinet includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on pilasters. Optional tray slides can be purchased in combination with or in lieu of the wire shelves. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty.
