The Spec-Line Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and comes with a full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. This cabinet is part of the INTELA-TRAUL™ line, which also includes holding cabinets, food holding and warming equipment, and commercial refrigerators & freezers.
The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has easy-to-operate microprocessor controls, stainless steel exteriors, and is communications capable.
Standard features of the cabinet include stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, ON/OFF switch located on the control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, and a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly. It also comes with a 9' cord & plug attached (for one section models only), INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The standard operating temperature range is 140 to 180°F.
Additional options and accessories for the cabinet include additional wire shelves, export 220/50/1 voltage, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, prison/correctional facilities options, EZ-Open foot pedal (for full height doors only), locking hasps (padlocks supplied by others), 115/60/1 voltage (for single section models only), 4-1/2" high stainless steel base in lieu of legs, stainless steel shelves in lieu of standard wire, stainless steel finished back with rear louvers, set of four 4-5/8" or 6" high casters in lieu of legs, clear glass door(s) in place of one or more solid door(s), 6" high stainless steel kickplate (for use with standard legs), EZ-Change interiors, No. 1 type tray slides, No. 4 type tray slides, and universal type tray slides.
