The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet is a pass-thru, one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and features a full-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The cabinet comes with three clear coated adjustable shelves per section and microprocessor controls. It also has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and is NSF and UL certified.
This pass-thru holding cabinet from Traulsen is designed to provide the perfect environment for hot food products. With dual access to the interior, it allows for easy connection between multiple workstations, making the process more efficient.
The cabinet is built using Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and ensures quicker start-up, lower energy usage, and reduced service costs. It also features stainless steel breaker caps, gasket protecting metal door liners, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet is equipped with microprocessor controls, stainless steel exteriors, and is communications capable.
Additional features include automatically activated incandescent lights, INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The cabinet has a standard operating temperature range of 135 to 180°F and comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs. It also has special heat resistant magnetic snap-in door gaskets and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. The cabinet has self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees and a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear.
The cabinet is available in two series: R-Series with a stainless steel exterior and interior, and A-Series with a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior. It comes with three adjustable wire shelves per section, supported on pilasters, and has various door hinging options.
There are several options and accessories available for the cabinet, including additional wire shelves, export voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, and prison/correctional facilities options. Other options include locking hasps, casters in lieu of legs, stainless steel shelves in lieu of standard wire, clear glass doors in place of solid doors, and various tray slide options.
The cabinet is constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel for the exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of stainless steel.
