The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet from Traulsen is a pass-thru, two-section cabinet designed to maintain cooked food at serving temperatures for extended periods. It features a stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and standard depth cabinet. The cabinet has full-height doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets and comes with three clear coated adjustable shelves per section. It is equipped with microprocessor controls and has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. The cabinet is NSF, UL, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
Traulsen's pass-thru hot food holding cabinets are built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. The cabinets have stainless steel exteriors, gasket-protecting metal door liners, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. They come with an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system and automatically activated incandescent lights. The cabinets have a temperature range of 140 to 180°F and come with a three-year parts and labor warranty.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including additional wire shelves, different voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, exterior laminate decor, prison/correctional facilities options, and more. It also has construction features such as stainless steel breaker caps, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles.
The cabinet is constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel exteriors, stainless steel or anodized aluminum interiors, and heavy gauge aluminized steel top and bottom. It comes with adjustable stainless steel legs and doors with removable plug cylinder locks and self-closing metal glide hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
The heating system of the cabinet uses a low watt density, serpentine style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for humidity control.
The cabinet is equipped with an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display and audio/visual alarms for various conditions. The interior of the cabinet includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on pilasters. Optional tray slides can be purchased in combination with or in lieu of the shelves.
The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty.
